A professionally applied PVD coating is very different from conventional paint. To keep decorative stainless steel looking its best, clean the surface with a soft microfiber cloth, warm water, and a mild pH-neutral cleaner. For Hairline and Brush finishes, always wipe in the direction of the grain to maintain the original texture. Avoid using steel wool, abrasive pads, or harsh acidic, alkaline, or chlorine-based cleaners, as these may damage the surface. If you’re using a new cleaning product, it’s always best to test it on a small, inconspicuous area first.
